Description
Forcibly conscripted on October 10, 2013. Sentenced in April 2014 to one year in a disciplinary unit of the military for his refusal of military service. Was transferred to a disciplinary battalion in Salyan, Azerbaijan as of December 2014. Sentenced for a second time to 1 year and 22 days in a punitive military battalion on 6 May 2015, and his appeal was refused.
