WRI's electronic Council Meeting is open now, until 30th September. (link to the forum where most of the discussions are taking place)

In the agenda, you'll see topics such as the links between extractive industries and armed conflict, an exchange on the place of nonviolence in training and the contemporary challenges that face antimilitarists and pacifists.

As part of WRI's eCouncil, Hannah, the Right to Refuse to Kill programme worker at WRI, talks about the work of the programme this year so far, and looks at what's coming up.

Travel

Bilbao is located in the Basque Country, in northern Spain, at 15 km from the Atlantic Coast, about one hour away from the French border.

If you travel by plane, you can fly directly to the Bilbao Airport (BIO), situated 12 km away from town.

The location for the camp site during War starts here is now booked. At the camp there will be plenty of room for tents, and for those who want a real bed to sleep in there are cottages and double rooms.
