In November, Hannah from the WRI office and Igor Seke from WRI's Right to Refuse to Kill Committee visited Colombia. Our report (also available in Spanish) describes the work that is going on in Colombia – from grassroots organising to congressional lobbying – to recognise the right of conscientious objection and stop the practice of forced recruitment of young men, often in the streets or on public transport.
