Thank you Howard

Many of you will have heard of the loss of Howard Clark, Chair of War Resisters' International, on 29 November 2013. WRI will be marking the death of a Chair who has been at the heart of WRI for many years. A memorial to Howard in Madrid will take place on 1 February - see here for details.
