One point is on goals.
I think it's worth saying at the outset that a campaign has goals at different levels. There might be a specific campaign demand, but behind that there are also movement-building goals (empowerment is mentioned) and also there are goals in relation to power structures (for instance, on freedom of information).
A good campaign goal is not just what's winnable, but also what communicates something of our vision for what we want, that is likely to lead on to further relaed campaigns, and that somehow opens up the power structure.
