This is the second newsletter in a series in preparation for the upcoming International Seminar on War Profiteering and Peace Movement Responses, to be held in Barcelona between 29 September and 2 October. As you will see, the programme is slowly starting to shape up. We already have confirmation from several people, as you will find in the draft programme, and we are in the process of confirming many more. We are working hard to make this seminar a truly international event, with representatives from different regions and also people representing the wide spectrum of organisations that is involved in the movement against war profiteering. As we are less than 3 months away from the seminar, it is now time to start making your travel arrangements, and time to register for this important seminar. If you are doing work on war profiteering and you see the need to link with other groups doing this work, we very much welcome you to join us.

The draft programme includes a list of workshops -- this is a preliminary list, as we want participants in the seminar to suggest your own workshops, when you go to the web page of the seminar you will find a workshop form for suggesting workshops: please send us your proposals. In the next weeks we will be sending more updates, as we get more names confirmed and more workshops suggested.
