In aller Welt nutzen AktivistInnen diesen gemeinsamen Aktionstag als eine Gelegenheit, das Bewusstsein für KDV zu erhöhen, bestimmte KDV-Bewegungen ins Licht zu rücken und das internationale Netzwerk zu stärken, das um den 15. Mai herum aktiv ist. Bitte besuchen Sie eine Veranstaltung (wir werden sie hier auflisten), halten Sie Ihre eigene ab und verbreiten Sie Informationen über diesen Tag! 15th May: There will be a CO Day event from 4 until 5pm outside the National Gallery. Remembering Conscientious Objectors of all wars, past and present, especially those of the First World War. We will be reading the names and hear some of the stories of Conscientious objectors. The Mound, EH2 2EL.

14th May: Meet conscientious objectors from across Europe

On Saturday 14th May, the European Bureau for Conscientious Objection are holding their annual meeting in London for the first time; join representatives of peace movements afterwards for an informal meeting at 7.30pm. It will be a chance to hear how we can support anti-conscription and conscientious objector movements today, as well as to discover how recognition of the rights of conscientious objectors in Britain in 1916 impacted campaigns in other countries.
